Detection of anisotropy in images by the monogenic wavelet transform
- Supervisors: Valérie Perrier and Marianne Clausel
- Objectives of the internship: to mathematically define the notion of anisotropy of an image and estimate its degree of anisotropy. The internship led me to study different random models of anisotropic textures and to analyze them through the monogenic wavelet transform.
Analytical reconstruction of regions of interest in medical imaging
- Supervision: by Laurent Desbat in the GMCAO team
- Objectives of the internship: to study a research paper « Less than a short scan » in the tomography field. Using the Hilbert transform in fanbeam geometry I had to implement in Matlab the algorithm described in this paper.
